I am on pre op diet and I have done this too, it really helped! I also put a slice of pickle in my mouth and sucked on it because I was craving the salt. I am so tired of chocolate, I hate the taste of vanilla and strawberry lol so the the salty taste was amazing! -

I too feel the need to get my place spotless before I go into surgery on the 21st. I have been pretty weak though, I lost 23 pounds so far with the Protein shakes. ALMOST TIME! -

We have the same surgery date! I am on day 5 of my 10 day diet and it has been tough today but I am excited!
