Hi Julia, i know what you are talking about, i just got banded on the 31 of march and just on tue i had that feeling all day it is normal but try just sipping on Water every ten min. My doc gave me little med. cups that are 1ounce cups so i started to use them and the next day i was fine. I think when we were in the hospital we were concesine of what we were doing and somehow lost that when we got home. Good Luck. Harleygirl65

Hello all I was Banded on 3/31/11 So i am a real newbie. But I to can not sleep all night long I am wide awake about 300 am and think i need to get some sleep. So any help would help.Good luck to all of us .
