Mix one can of drained canned chicken breast (98% fat free), 2 1/2 tablespoons carb watcher, low cal bbq sauce, and sprinkle with lowfat/fat free mozzerella cheese. sprinkle with finely chopped cilantro and microwave. This makes about 3 meals worth depending on how much you're allowed to eat. it's good and tasty and virtually fat free. I came across it 3 weeks post surgery while bored with my bland chicken breast!
