You are one week behind me. Last weekend I was still pretty miserable. Today, however, I walked at the park, went to church, went to Central Market, shopped at Sam's, etc. If someone had told me last week that this was possible, I wouldn't have believed them. Getting the drain out was huge for me! Hang in there; it gets better quickly. -

Congrats! I had my surgery there on the 1st and had a great experience as well--at least the part I remember. I liked it so much I stayed an extra night--that and the fact I was having trouble keeping my pain medication where it belonged. I had my drain removed yesterday and feel much better. The first week was painful, and I am very surprised at how much improved I am already. I hope the same holds true for you! -
If anyone knows anything knows anything about this, I would love some info. I am currently scheduled as a self-pay for Tuesday, March 16, and have Aetna. This would be so wonderful if Aetna would cover this.
