I agree with you -- I found the Tropicana 50/50 is really good- i carve lemonade and oj so when I found them I got them and tried them. to my amazement they tasted like the full sugar kinds- I figure its better than a pop/soda or a high calorie drink that I used to drink it may not be totally sugar free as I have not found one that is yet. but its half the calories and for those that say drink only water are lying to us- because from time to time you need something else to drink! my 2 cents- -
You willk do just fine-- i say that as i cried in the waiting room before the surgery- but it does go fast- the next 3 days were the worst- im on day 2 of feeling ok- but i have been trying to drink to fast- which i know is a no no- i have to relearn that!

I'm glad you posted, my surgery is Monday and I am scared of the pain from the gas/air. I know walking is suppose to help but when I had that pain from a different surgery nothing helped. I will of course walk as much as I can and have my heating pad close by like others suggested. I am glad you are fine and hope you keep posting your progress. You can add my as a friend if you would like to.

I was just newly banded on the 13apr- and in surgery he found I had a hernia and fixed it- are you saying people who get banded get hernia's more?

Well I must say I was quite nervous about the surgery and process. I made it!!! I am banded- now on the recovery- my skin around the strips is red- they say that I may be allergic to the sterile strips- Anyone have this issue and what did you do?

OH BOY here I go!!! I am scared and nervous- I know I will be ok- just I am a worrier!!! I know I can do this Its just scares me!! I have never had "surgery" other than 3 kids and kidney stone removal! So stiches scare me!!! Thnx for Listening-Kim
