I agree, I would say up your calories to around 800, maybe add some greens? I can't understand why he would say that and give you no specific guidelines. I am a slow loser, but i decided to go for a healthy balanced diet and not as low carbs as some people, because I believe this is going to be the way I am going to eat for the rest of my life. -

The odds of you dying in the next say 10 years from some obesity associated disease are much greater than you dying from theissurgery! Check the statistics and good luck -
Me too! (I hardly recognised you you look so thin!)

I agree, i was impressed when i went to NY a few years ago. I live in England but lived in the USA for the furst 9 years of my life (wasn't overweight as a child) But I told my husband I was glad I didn't live in the States anymore could I would probably be dead from some obesity related disease. Having said that apparently england is folowin the US in obesity, but the portions of food here are 1/4 of the ones i got in NY/NJ!!

I know this won't help, just had to answer cause I'm a Catholic. I've got my tubes tied after 3 children and 3 C-sections, so it isn't a problem for me. Good luck in what you choose to do!

BBJ has 4 pounds to go and she eats more than 1200 a day but works out a lot, i asked her and this is what she said: BlackBerryJuice 15 Jan 2011 - 19:10 Hey, Thanks for the compliment! I don't count calories at all, mostly due to the fact that my boyfriend and I eat out a lot, so a lot of the time it's hard to make an accurate estimate of how much I'm eating. I do know that on days I only eat homemade food, I'll fluctuate between 1000 and 1800, I'd say 1200-1400 is where I'm at on most days? I also work out 4-5 times a week, though I'm def going to watch The Black Swan!

Went out with my friend today shopping, as we do most saturdays while our girls are at ballet classes, for the first time ever (she pointed this out, not me) I actually went into the changing rooms, tried a few trousers on compared them with hers, just normal things! I used to buy stuff that i thought would fit and them just change/or return them if i didn't like them. I didn't buy anything, I'm in between a size 14 and 12 (12 and 10 US) Priceless!
