I am the same way. I am hardly ever hungry. I now "eat to live" not live to eat! I cam honestly say since my surgery on November 6, I have only been hungry a few tines. I lost all my weight 75 lbs in 7 months. No exercise just eating right. I am amazed when people post on here. Amazed! I had the surgery to lose weight! Like everyone else. But you have to want it to win it!

Due to also having the plication I am full after a cup of food. Stomach is sutured as if you had the sleeve. If I ever do start getting hungry I will ger fills. It's been since Nov 6,2012. I've lost from 215 to 136-137. I never regret it! In just need to exercise. -

My only thought from the beginning was, I had this surgery and by gosh it was going to work! I've never even thought about what I use to eat because that's how I got here. It's all about the want. I lost 78 lbs since nov 6. No fills!- 21 replies

I've lost 78 lbs in 7 months no exercise at all! Not because I can't physically but have a very hectic life! I do need to exercise but you can do it. Good luck! Lap band with plication nov 6,2012,

Plication working great for me. Surgery 11/6/12 down from 215 to 139. Never have I even felt like I needed a fill! Good luck! -
Congrats! It really has been the easiest diet I've ever done. Yes you do have to watch what you eat! Surgery date 11/6/12 as of today holding steady at 139lbs. Started at 215! No regrets!

I was banded on November 6 2012 and was allowed to eat real food until Dec6! I was scared to death to eat beforevthen. Broth strained soup blundered soup. I felt like if I'm going to do this, then do it! Still don't want to mess with what doctor did for me! Lost 77 lbs without any regrets! Good luck! -

Went to see my surgeon today. I have lost 74 lbs without a fill he asked me to do some advertisement for True Results! I'm 4 months from being 60 love my band with plication (which he said not doing them right now) but not a good picture taker! Lol! No regrets! So happy!

The lap band with plication is the route I went. I originally wanted just the stomach stapled. But it all works depending on the person getting the surgery. It all works if you want it to! Best of luck! -
