Logged in and read a lot of posts from discouraged Sleevers. Listen: this is a lifetime journey. Don't get depressed over a stall or even if you gain a pound or two. There was a time when we would've gained 20 pounds by now! Don't be so hard on yourself. Re-evaluate what your doing or NOT doing and adjust. Go see your doctor, call your nutritionist, increase your workouts, BUT DON'T GIVE UP and surely don't hang your head! YOU ARE A SURVIVOR!
