    I use a low carb tortilla for a crust then add pizza sauce, cheese, etc. (Crisp up the tortilla first in a skillet) (Got this idea from "Blain's Low Carb" cooking show)

    Day 4 is when I was able to sleep on my side. Been 11 days now and almost no pain. Sex, 1 week (told the wife not to hurt me!)
