Situational pain far out weights long term goal.....never sacifice the long term for the momentary....

9 pounds lost in a week from very tough and very trying workouts....twice on some days.....gonna scale back a week...and hit it hard again the week after.....

one more "free" fill at the end of October, but I think I'm in a good place......if this isn't green, then I don't know what is.....

1.5 hours of cardio (1300 calories) and 30 minutes of triceps and biceps.......and the first day of this 5 Day pouch test......this should end this plateau......
