So I decided on Sunday that maybe my problem was that i had stopped logging my food. So I started logging on Sunday and by this morning had lost 2.5 lbs (had gained 2 while traveling) so now I am actually down 1/2 lb from my low before. And that was since 3/6/11. So that was the deal. Without tracking my food, I must have been just simply consuming too much without even realizing it.
