    Bandster Hell

Yep, unfortunately it's different for everyone. So there really isn't anything for you to prepare for, other than to be aware that it may happen. Mine happened in about my 4th week. I was hungry - like REALLY hungry every two hours. The thing to remember if you do experience bandster hell, is just to keep measureing your portions. You may not feel full, but you'll be able to get through. I had my first fill in my 5th week, so I didn't have too long of bandster hell. I also recommend eating very small Snacks (like 100 cal or less) of Protein during the bandster hell. I found my hunger to return every 2 hours so I would eat Breakfast, then mid morning have a protein snack (cheese, HB egg, chobani yogurt etc) that would get me through to my next meal and then I would of course concentrate on getting my protein in for my meal. I would have aprox 300 calories per meal and 100 for snacks 2x per day and I would be ok at around 1000-1100 calories per day. It got me through. Good luck.
  2. I'm not even sure what you want on this thread? Do you want people to tell you it's ok to remain at your current fill level when you're being so destructive? Do you want someone to say that eating Cookies and drinking chocolate milk is ok for you because you cannot seem to make healthier choices in your food? Do you want to know my thoughts on why you were able to lose 100 pounds that first year? It was because your over tight filled band didn't allow you to eat more of the cookies and chocolate milk. That caloric deficit was likely why you were able to lose that 100. Your body has now adjusted to the limited level of exercise you have been doing and adjusted to the amount of calories you're feeding it. Hence no more weight loss. I agree with the people that said you should look into therapy. I also think you should listen to Ponderer/Elizabeth and not spew this negative selfish talk when you are not ready to actually accept any kind of valuable advice. I know this is harsh, but sometimes coddling isn't the way to make the point.
