Hi, was just wondering how you were doing! You were right I totally overdid it on Monday, paid for it Tuesday. How much weight have you lost? Today was the first day that I didn't move an ounce! I have lost 9.5 since surgery and I was very disappointed this morning. In my rational mind I guess 9.5 is pretty good but for some reason I am disappointed. I realy thought I would lose more
