    Last night I wrapped the back/stomach support band that they put on me in the ICU around my stomach before sleeping, and OMG what a difference it made!!! I felt so much better when I woke up!! (I had TERRIBLE back pain in the ICU from the surgery gas, so my doctor told my to sleep on my side, and it totally helped)
