Thank you for responding to me. Yes, I can have the stuff you mentioned. I have cream of chicken soup here now. I feel like I'm going crazy here. Things are starting to taste funny to me now. I tried to drink some decaf coffee this am and it left a bad taste in my mouth. I sure hope that goes away soon too. Thanks again.

Well this is starting my 5th week of being on liquids. I"m hungry and don't know what to do about it. I've tried some baby food and I have to tell ya it's nasty. Yesterday, my mom got me some unflavored whey protein. Now I need to know what to do with it. I"m so confused now. Hungry and confused what a combo.. lol

Hi, I'd love to have a buddy also. Just had my surgery on 9/24/10. My Dr still has me on liquids for this next week and I'm hungry. I'm not sure what to do. No one near me really knows whats I'm going through. Nothing I try seems to be working. Could use some help and advice, please. -
I could use some friends that have been through this before to ask questions of or just to chat with. Male/Female, I'm not picky. lol Thanks.

On Sept 24th, I went into the hosptal to have the gastric bypass but got the sleeve instead. My Dr told me to do the Stage 1 Full Liquid Diet for 3 weeks. Drinking out of the 2 ounce cups every 15 minutes or until I get in my 40 oz of fluid in a day. Yesterday went in for my 2 week check up and was told I was doing great. I've lost 25 pounds since my surgery. I'm down to 408. This is the one thing I'm bound and determined to do. I can't wait to see myself down to 350 right now. Yes, I'm hungry also. I"m oh so ready for some real food. Well Good luck to you all.

Well yesterday went for my two week check up. Was good. Lost 30 pounds. Got check out on my vitamins, so I apparently bought the right stiuff. Thank goodness. It was a good day. So is today. lol

I had the gastric sleeve on Sept 24th. Today is really the first day that I'm wanting real food. I've still got another week to go before I can have the pureed foods. Need a little assistance here.

Is there anyone here? I was looking for a little advice here but looks like no one is around. I had the gasric sleeve done on Sept 24, been on liquids this whole time. Was doing ok till now. I'm wanting some real food. Just a bite. The water and whey protein isn't hitting the spot anymore. Was kind of hoping someone would be here to talk to about this. I guess not.
