Hello VST Fam! Happy New Year! Started my year off back attending my support group meeting at JM of Concord they had a wonderful NY kick off and I realized I missed being around people like me - who have had the weight loss surgery it was a pleasure we took pictures I got to the the "Century Strut" 100lbs loss walk down the runway and just hearing words of encouragement!
