Making an observation that I have to go to bed in 40 minutes to get enough sleep to wake up at 4 am to workout tomorrow. I hate Mondays!

Surgeons office has now changed 5 pre-op appointments along with my surgery date. Will now be sleeved on 05/31/11. Getting kind of frustrated!

I'm almost not a May sleever anymore! My surgeons office emailed me yesterday to tell me that the two surgeons will be out on May 24th (MY SURGERY DATE) at a symposium! WTF! She just found that out yesterday morning so now has to reschedule a bunch of patients! My surgery was rescheduled for Tuesday May 31st! I know its only one week later..... but I'm so tired of this game I have been playing... they have changed 3 of my pre-op appointment times already! I just want to get on the other side and start losing already! Okay... Sorry for venting..... I am so glad to have this site to go to... and in times like this.... have other people out there who understand! So, I am still a May sleever.... but just barely! 61 days until surgery! -

Doctors appointment this afternoon. Hopefully I don't need any antibiotics but will find out how to kick this bug!

You wouldn't happen to be from WI, going through Midwest Bariartric Solutions would you? They had the same thing for me.8 week workshop that was recommended. I did go, and got my info sent to insurance but I stayed on top of everything staying in contact weekly. I have to say the workshop was interesting and I learned a lot. I had a lot of hoops also, 7 months of NUT appts, psych eval, buy its all worth it in the end. I feel so much more prepared and ready. Everything was submitted for me and approved. My surgery is 5/24/11. Just stay strong. Sometimes the hoops and wait are worth it.

Wish I felt better. So sick of being sick. Fever is up to 100.8 and I'm struggling through work because I need my sick days for surgery!

Wow, it sounds like things have really advanced since I was interested in this a year ago! I'm glad for that. There was no video to watch, it was just me and Dr. K in the room for 10 minutes. They didn't even have a booklet on the VSG. Good luck with your progress. If you have yours in early June I will be right ahead of you!
