False alarm fire alarm at work... holy shit was that loud. Too bad 100s of people started leaving our desks before we knew it was a false alarm.

This is all so very interesting. I will need to talk to my NP about all this. I was on the depo for almost 2 years and I gained about 80 pounds. Add depression Meds into the mix and it was a disaster waiting to happen. I was then on the pill taking 3 months on 1 week off so only 4 periods a year. It was great. Now I had to stop my pill because of surgery and you all got me wondering if I should even start up again. hmmm.... -

Why is birth control bad after surgery? Am I missing something? I was told I could start my birth control again 1 month after surgery. -

Swimming--anyone know the wait time after surgery?

I asked that question today to my surgeon and N.P. I was told 4 weeks or until your incisions are completely healed. -
Surgeons appointment was great, quote, "I look at you, and I can see someone we can really help." Goal weight is only 170, say I'm big boned!

Just got done with the chest x-ray and drinking the barium. It actually wasn't to bad. It went real fast. Almost done with testing.
