So many post on here that I can relate too! I'm 27 and I have never: Worn a swimsuit or two piece in public (Just a tank with shorts in my backyard pool lol) Never felt SEXY! I love the chocolate Premier Protein shakes, they have RTD so they come in handy. I recently tried Jay Robb chocolate protein powder and love it, very good and no nasty taste/smell, I added some P2B and it tasted awesome! -

I just came across this searching for weight loss plateau and we are in the same boat, I have been stuck at the same weight since around November and that was my 1 year mark. I haven't been tracking my eating so Im going to start back out, I want to lose the rest of this weight and sometimes it feels like I never will!

I only do liquor, I miss beer sooo much, I've had it a few times but it gives me gas and bloating so I just stay away from carbination. -
