Speaking of two wheelers my 4 year old has decided he wants to ride a big boy bike. My back is killing me from bending down and holding him while he tried to balance. I hope he picks it up soon lol. I did a mightly boatload of yard work yesterday. We have this gigantor tree in the backyard (one of three trees actually but this one is huge) that barfs up those obnoxious cotton bits in the spring. Anyhow the tree must be as old as Jesus it is so darn big. My whole yard is covered in leaves and at least 90% of the leaves are still on the tree. I hate raking. Luckily my binge and reintroduction of carbs has not set me too far back on the scale. I weighed today and I am not weighing again until Nov 1. I say this now but I will probably be drooling looking at the scale tomorrow.

I can't...umm.... walk away from it. You see it is now all inside me. Yup my first official horrid pre band like binge. I just ate a whole half a pound of fucking fudge.

I started running at about 250. Just start super slow and don't over do it. Run a maximum 3 days a weeks. Cool Running :: running run training marathon runners jogging jogger joggers runner run fitness exercise diet weight loss nut... has a great couch to 5k program that gets you up and running.

Oh Fudge. I forgot I ordered some from a co worker for their kid's fundraiser. It is entirely possible I may eat the whole brick. Have I mentioned yet that I have let carbs back into my life?

Aww J I am glad I could inspire you =) Good shoes are definitly key. Just like getting a bike you want to go to the specialty store and get fitted. The prices are very compareable to what your would find elsewhere and they have much more of a selection. Start slow and don't give up. I started running at a slower pace than which I walked. The couch to 5K is awesome and only takes up 30 minutes a day 3 times a week. I have a treadmill you could borrow if you need it lol. D, I put the thongs under the belly. One day they are going to look amazing on my flat surgery enhanced belly but not today.

Juli I know all that it is just really hard to tell my head that that is the way it works. My head just keeps thinking eat less workout more while my brain is telling me I need to eat more if I am working out. If that makes any sense at all lol. I just have this internal struggle going on right now and it sucks. I don't know why all of a sudden it is kicking in so much, but I am assuming it is because I am getting so close to 199. I just hope my mind chills out once I reach that point. I do want a bodybugg pretty badly but I can't justify the cost. All my spare money is going into the bike fund right now. If I could just win the damn lotto.

J I know this in my head I really, really do. But it is so damn hard for me to just eat more because I am doing more. Because then I feel like it is a waste of exercise. That's why I had no cake, no potato salad, no cheesy potatoes yesterday. Because even though I know I need to eat when I exercise I don't want my exercise to count for nothing. I am stuck no in this vicious fucking cycle and it sucks.
