I love the spreadsheet. You rock. I did 30 minutes of running and about 15 on the upright bike. I hate, hate, hate the indoor bike. I miss being outside. I also did about 15 minutes of walking for a total of 1 hour. It is the first time I have been to the gym in awhile and it felt good to get back. I hate how the gym is so nasty crowded now with all the resolutionists. -
GF=Allison I like her since she said I was thin. And she is nice too beyond that lol. I say a lot of ridiculous shit and put my foot in my mouth a lot. I will have to tell you the chinsey on the sprinkles story one of these days.

Oaky so here is the bowling story. I think it was funnier last night and you had to be there but since I posted it on the blog I figured I would just copy and paste. So last night we go to the bowling alley with some of Hubby's friends (coworkers actually) and a few of their friends. We get there and I spend 10 minutes searching high and low for an acceptable ball. I find one, but the thumb hole was a little small (this become semi relavant later on) Anyhow we go down to our lane and start to bowl. A few frames in a couple come up to the lane next to us. Well the girl must have decided she did not like her ball because she started to use my pretty blue one. Okay no biggie. Well I'll be damned if she did not snatch my ball straight out of the ball return while I was waiting for it in the middle of my frame. Seriously? Who the fuck does that? So I loudly tell my husband I am going to get a new ball since that one had a small thumb hole. I spend 10 more minutes finding a new ball. I bring it back and a few more people join us. We start the next game and the girl is grabbing a new ball each time she was bowling. It got to the point where one of the people with us held her ball on her lap after her turn. So then she does it again. She takes my new ball right out of the ball return in the middle of my fucking turn. She throws it in the gutter again and I tell her it doesn't matter which ball she uses, it is still going in the gutter so stop touching mine. Finally that worked. I also ran into her boyfriend because he had a problem staying in front of his own lane. After the 4th time of stepping in front of me I just plowed into him. They were the most obnoxious people to be sharing lanes with. And the best part would have to be when I looked at the ball return where there were about 5 black balls and 3 other balls and screamed out something about how much I love black balls. The funny part would probably be that I was one of three white people in the entire place. Our whole group of black friends thought it was hilarious though. SO I was the black ball lover all night long.

So DH just came back from the dentist and had to have a crown put in (the temporary he jsut had put in fell out so we on our way back there) turns out he needs like 2 more crowns beyond the tons of other work that needs to be done. I am slowly seeing my road bike dreams go up in smoke.

Just use it for shakes, soups, and eggs. It doesn't work like the infomercial suggests. At least mine didn't.

When I was researching the sugar addiction I came across a lot of vegetarian info, like the health benefits and what not. I figured it would be a good way to incorporate more fruits, veggies, beans, etc into my diet. So I printed up some recipes and went with it. Since I am not having the sugar and processed foods it has been pretty healthy. It's been almsot a week and I feel really good. I have lost about 5 pounds since last Thursday. I have a ton of fruits and veggies in the fridge. I am still feeding the rest of the family meat and I am still eating eggs and dairy. I don't know if this is something that is going to last forever but if I continue to feel this good it just might.

Dear Moron Idiot who was bowling next to us last night, When I spend 10 minutes walking up and down the bowling alley looking for the perfect ball and finally find something usable don't think that it is okay for you to just use the ball I have picked. I honestly would not have minded, but when you took it from me as it came out of the ball return before I took my second shot I had a little bit of a problem with that. But instead of bitch slapping you or even saying anything rude, I just got up and found a new ball that was actually working a little bit better. It was, however, extremely unacceptable for you to start using that second ball an hour later, especially when you pulled that same shit of grabbing it from the ball return as I was waiting for it to take my second shot. You should have known by then that no matter what ball you used it was still going in the gutter. Honey, you really needed to be at the end of the alley where the bumpers were. And no it was not cute when you boyfriend kept walking out in front of our lane after his shots. It was funny when I purposely ran into him when he did it for the 4th time though. Oh and I felt bad for you when you almost tripped stepping up onto the lane the first time you were up. I take that all back. Sincerely, Annoyed girl bowling next to you last night

As Snowbird said, I am also amazed with the amounts people eat. I am also amazed that when I feel like I ate way too much, someone will usually point out how it is still such a little amount. Your eye for what you consider a large meal will greatly change. What you think is big will actually be a smallish meal for a non banded person and what most people eats seems outrageous. My desire to binge has not changed much but the way I handle it has changed. You can't physically binge on most foods but things like ice cream, chocolate, etc go down really smooth and easy. It is definitely a head challenge. Ultimately you are going to get out of the band what you put into it. The band is a tool to help keep weight off. I can eat pretty much anything, within reason, and not gain weight, but in order to lose the weight I have to put forth the effort. I have to diet and exercise. I think the single biggest reason for failure with the band is not truely understanding that this is only a tool. You must work with it, it won't do all the work.

OH and J, yeah the road crews blow here. But then again our governer is a retard asshole so I can't really expect any state agency to run successfully. My city crew absolutely blow also. When we got that huge ass storm a few weeks back it took 4 fucking days before my street was plowed. My taxes are obviously going up someones nose.

Yeah I don't watch and I wanna know too lol. One thing I am definitely noticing is that it is incredibley easy for me to get out of bed in the morning without the sugar. I don't feel completely exhausted in the morning. Getting up at 3:30 has been hell on earth for me. I know this is not due to the amount of sleep I get because I would always feel like shit whether I got 4 hours or 10 hours of sleep. The last few days I have gotten out of bed without hitting the snooze button and I feel great. I only got about 3 hours of sleep last night (went bowling....hella funny story to come soon) and I still was able to get right out of bed. It's getting better slowly. I feel like I have been eating much better, no sugar, no white carbs, minimal processed food. Of course I have also decided to remove flesh from my diet but that is a whole other bag o worms.

Well I have been sugar free for 4 days now. I definitely feel pretty good about that. I feel much better. Holy shit this lady on this show eats a pound of M&Ms a day. That is 3000 calories and I fucking ate that last week, which led to this anti sugar thing. That hurts bad to think that there are that many calories in it. Ugh. Never again.

I haven't seen him personally but I certainly liked him on the show Big Medicine. I was scared to death for my surgery. You can do it and you will get through it. Just try your best to relax these next few days and not think about it too much. -

Okay so TLC is running all of their obesity shows today. I can understand eating so much that you make yourself incompacitated but I can not understand why, once they are that size and can not move, does the family keep feeding them 10,000 calories per day? I just can't get it. I don't understand it.
