    Yep that's the guy. He is a mega turd. And he types like a 5 year old. My ass is surprisingly not so bad from the pounding it took last night. That sounded so hilarious in my head that I just had to type it out. Do you want my bike shorts J? They are not in bad shape at all lol. But they might be too big for you now too, little miss almost weighs less than me. I am tired, and sleep is not anywhere in my near future. Let me spell out my week thus far so we can all have a pity party for me. Monday-work 5-4:30p go to my parents for Dad's bday, home, bathe smelly kids, resistance class 8-9p, sleep at 10 Tuesday-work 5-1:30p, home clean house for 1 hour, pick up girl from school, kids doctors appointment 4pm, gym 6-7:30p, home bathe smelly kids/dinner, take dh to store for workout gloves because he is a pansy, sleep at 10 Wednesday-work 5-1:30p, eye appointment at 3 that takes forever. pick up girl at 5:30, home/dinner, spinning class at 7-8p, bathe smelly kids, sleep at 10:30 Today- work 5-1:30p, gym right after work until 3, home/shower, get girl from school, dance class from 4:30-6p, home/ quick dinner, charity comedy event at 8pm, sleep-who fucking knows. Tomorrow- work 5-1:30p, get kid from school, get kid hannah montana makeover at Libby lu 3:30p, concert right after ward, sleep-? Ummm where is my sit on my ass free time? Nap time? I am tired. This 4-5 hours of sleep bullshit is not doing it for me. DH has been working nights all week. Juli tell me to shut the fuck up because I am being whiney and it is not that bad. And the only LBT time I have is from work lol. Yes I am that bored right now waiting for my coworkers to finish their shit so I can start mine.

    Well class was fun. Easy actually. I worked as hard as I could and barely felt like I broke a sweat. According to the Bodybugg I did burn 520 calories, so obviously I was working hard. I guess I must just be a lot more fit than I was the last time I took the class.

    I know. Isn't that hilarious?? Well the spinning was fun. I ever dare say it was kind of easy. I am not sure if it was jsut an easy class or if I am jsut way more fit than the last time I tried it. At any rate I did burn about 520 calories according to the body bugg.

    Funny how different instructors can make the class so deifferent. I have spinning in about 45 minutes. I am super excited, I just hope the instructor does not suck. I just put on my bike shorts that I have not worn since October. They are all saggy in the butt. Saggy spandex. I love it.

    One day of bad eating is not going to add 20 pounds. A week of bad eating is not going to add 20 pounds. Just do your best to get back on track and you will be fine. The best thing about the band is that it will keep us pretty much stable at the weight we are until we are ready to put the work back into it.
  22. Is there a pool or anything near you? Swimming is a great exercise if you are having joint pain. Either doing laps or taking water aerobics classes. Also using an elliptical machine is not so hard on the joints. It sucks to start exercising, that is the hardest part. But once you get going you find out it is not so bad. Good luck to you.

    ZZ the best thing I did was lay off the powder. I do not crave it anymore. You seriously just have to get through the first few days of hell. Allow yourself some fruit, it helps. Stevia if you drink coffee or anything. Stay off of the splenda, aspartame, etc (chemical shit storms) they will just make you crave more. I'll tell you I am on my period right now and I am fine. Not craving a damn thing. I even still have over half of the pint of soy ice cream (sweetened with friut juice) I bought the other day, not because it is gross, but because I am able to take 2 spoonfuls at a time and be satisfied with that. Also the Silk Very Vanilla soy milk (purple carton) tastes just like a vanilla milk shake. It is a little bit higher in calories and fat than the regular Silk but it is very delicious. Also if you want a sweet type bar to eat Larabars are friggin awesome. Every flavor I have tried have been delicious. They are going to become my new energy bar of choice while running long sidtances and riding. All natural, no sugar, no chemicals. Yummmmmm. Anyhow sorry I was not here last night. I would have suggested a hot shower, masterbation, and sleeping.

    Let me jsut say that now my arms are killling me. Yesterday not so bad. Today, hell on earth. So obviously they must have gotten somewhat of a workout in last night while I was running. To the pain!!!!!!
