TG definitely beginner until you get the hang of it. And yes your could do it for 30 minutes. I did about 3 hours of yardwork today. UGH.

I don't really know how to say this without being blunt but if you guys are hurting so bad and barely paying bills maybe this is not the time to have $20,000 worth of plastic surgery done. I understand you make a significant amount of money but if you are hurting financially right now it just might be a sacrifice you need to make. -

I am also a supinator and wear Brooks shoes. I absolutely love them. As others have said, check out your local running store. -
SJ- I heart Taebo. And no I never thought I would be able to ride so much. In May of last year I got back on my bike for the first time in years and barely made it a mile. This June I am going on a week long bike trip averageing 50 miles per day. I still can't believe how much this band has helped me to change my life.

Awesome Zannie!!!! And good job TG. I got in my hour of spin class earlier. I keep thinking about the 50 mile ride I am attempting on Saturday and trying to get everything in I can before that to prepare for it. Because of the weather I only got out cycling like 2 weeks ago and it just does not feel like enough.

Well, you see, TG I was allowed to have creamy potato soup as a full liquid =) But then again that was MY surgeon. If hers said something else, obviously she should be following that. I think those people who tend to cheat like that are the ones who think a band is a quick fix. -
