So I totaled my bike today. Well not completely totaled but I ma out of commission until I get to the bike shop and get at least a new wheel and everything else that may not be working fixed. Let me set the scene up for you.... This morning I decided to play Tour de Oakwood (pretty much I was trying to ride to work as quickly as possible.) About 2 miles from my house a bee flies into my face and gets into my hair. I am freaking out trying to swat it out because I am deathly afraid of them. I start to swerve right where there is a bunch of landscaping going on and as hard as I try I can't keep myself from falling into the 12 inch deeps 6 inch wide ditch that is on the side of the sidewalk. I sort of dove headfirst ove the handlebars and landed on this huge piece of plywood and sort of slide along it. Due to the dusty piece of wood I don't have a mark on me but I am covered in dirt. My bike was not so lucky. Chunks of mud everywhere, handlebars turned sideways, cracked pedal, chain popped off. Off course there are several people to witness this and my pride was wounded lol. I was shaking for about 5 minutes and once I calmed down I get ready to hop back on and go. I fix the chain and straighten the handlebars and try to get back on. The wheel is bent to shit and I can't ride it. So I walk the bike two miles home and drive to work. Lessons I have learned. 1. If I had just been riding in the street I would have just hit the curb and fallen on the grass. 2. Wear a helmet. The main reason I was on the sidewalk was because I don't have a helmet. Funny thing is that probably 10 seconds before the accident I was thinking "Dang I really need to get a helmet". I am pretty lucky all that happened to my head was a little bit of dirt. So yeah my biking this weekend seems to be dunzo. I have a wedding to go to tonight, pretty much right after work and a busy day tomorrow. Damn.

She was on the first season (I think the first) of "The Apprentice". She was a real piece of work. One of the other contestants made the comment about the pot calling the kettle black and she jumped on her with a tirade of "what did you just say about black people". One of our major morning radio shows here in Detroit uses a drop of her saying that constantly so anytime I hear that statement it always makes me think of her. So by your standard, Omarosa is an assmonkey. I love it.

Well you know I just weighed. I weigh every Friday. That way if I have a rough weekend I have the whole week to make it up before I weigh in again. I tend to do much better during the week so it works out well for me. -

I usually drink a 32 ounce bottle of water while I am on my treadmill. I am on anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour. -

Okay I feel much better. After no loss last week I weighed in at 220...loss of 4 pounds!!!!! -
I like to rollerblade, but 14 miles on skates is just crazy to me lol. I can do maybe 3. Surprisingly my ass is not hurting, though it was sore last night when I got home. The rest of my body is hurting a bit from my Tour de France role playing though. Next time I need to be a little more careful and realize that Lance Armstrong has to stretch his muscles too. It is much more fun to go with a friend.

Okay I have been really enjoying riding my bike. Nice leisurely ride to work. DH and I went to the metropark today and for the first time I absolutely *loved* riding. We went 14 miles and it was pretty hilly. I had a blast racing down the hills. I must go again tomorrow lol. DH is reading this and wants me to mention that he did the whole 14 miles on his rollerblades. He was a real rockstar out there. I was pretty proud of him.

Okay I just had the time of my life. I enjoy riding my bike but today was the first day I really loved it. Dh and I did 14 miles in a little over an hour which is my new longest ride in one stretch. We were at the metropark which is super hilly and I felt like I was flying. It was amazing. Zannie you rock.

You know I am getting in a bad ass mood reading about all these people who have lost tons of weight so effing quickly. I am really happy for these people but I am so green with jealousy that I look like the jolly green giant. I feel like I work so hard to get there and nothing is happening. I work my ass off. I don't have the time to workout three hours a day and it is seeming like that is the only thing that is going to do it. Maybe my weigh in tomorrow is freaking me out. This 1 pound a week, no pounds a week shit has got to stop. I would expect that once I get closer to goal. Or at least below 200. With the amount of activity I am doing I should be down at least 15 more pounds. Yet I'll bet when I step my fat ass on the scale tomorrow it still says 224 for the 3rd fucking week in a row. Oh this girl gets angry on Thursday nights before weigh in. Guess I will be off to go sweat my ass off for a workout. I would probably be better off with some alli and a package of oops I crapped my pants.

I must just need to amp up my exercise or something. I do an hour of cardio everyday (and by every day I mean every day lol). I sweat like a pig when I am doing it. I ride my bike, I run, I walk. I just don't know why I keep hitting these plateaus. I expected to hit them just not 3 and 5 months in. -

Seriously can those people who are losing 3-4 pounds per week regularly please post your exact diet and exercise plan. I am getting damned frustrated with the slowness of my weight loss. I will be weighing in tomorrow. -
I............feel............like........SHIT. I hate working at 5am after holidays. Or after any time I am up late. I just went to bed 4 hours ago and now I am up getting ready for work. UGH.

She is 6. The TF left her $3. She really likes dollar bills so I am sure she will be happy with what she has. She was very close to getting $1 and some batting cage tokens though seeing as it was 10:45 at night and the ATM only gives out $20s.

I had some of my Moms homemade spaghetti. It is more of a cross between Prego and Manwich. Very good just eating the meat and sauce with a fork and no noodles. But I did have some noodles.... Protein shake is going down great right now. I am loving the sugar free coconut syrup. -
Oh just because I am shooting for 20 days does not mean I won't do more. The problem with the every day thing is that it is everyday lol. Even if I am sick, even if I feel like crap, even if I broke my leg I would be committing to that. After exercising sick last month I don't want to put myself through that again just to prove a point to myself and to not fail. Heck in May I did 28 days which was more than the 20 I was shooting for. Exercise has become a part of my life but I don't want to feel like a failure because I only did 30 days instead of 31. Carole awesome job on the skort. I tried on a few of my old things today actually. Some size 14 skirts...way too tight to wear but I did get them on (they were made of stretchy material) and on to my biggest accomplishment (besides yanking my DD's tooth out today, but I digress). I put on and zipped up my prom dress today. I did not have to pull or tug and it was a tiny bit too big thus leading me to believe that I am just slightly smaller than I was when I graduated high school. I forced my Mom to take pictures so I will have to show them to you all when I download them. Now my next task in formal wear is to get into my 9th grade farewell dance dress. I could get it on but I could not zip it up. I must admit it made my day and made me pissed about the cookie dough lol. So anyhow onto the tooth. DD showed me her loose tooth this morning which was a bit loose but not super loose. Well by 8pm it was super loose from hours of playing with it. While we were at the fireworks she kept crying and complaining and whining so finally I just told her to open her mouth and I yanked it out. My baby girl has officially lost her first tooth. Had I not been in public I might have cried. Now of course even though I have to work at 5am and it is midnight I have to wait for her to go to bed so the Fairy can visit. What is the going rate for a 1st tooth these days?

There is hope. You sound like you need a good solid fill and good restriction. Talk to you doctor about it when you go in.
