I have had a horrible day. It is 9pm and I just got home from work 30 mintues ago. I Started work at 5 and worked until 5. And i had to go find a new car since my lease is up at the end of the week. And I have not eaten since noon. SO I just binged on eggs and toast. Two eggs three pieces of toast. I never thought I would see the day where I said I binged on eggs and toast.

OKay I am totally in for the ride on Sept 30. Is anyone else for sure registering? Deanna if it still hurts alittle bit you should let it rest for a day. Go walking instead. I know it sucks but you definitly don't want to hurt yourself and be out even longer!

I got in about 16 miles today. 4 this morning with my Dad and 12 more with my best friend at the metropark.

Juli I would definitely do the 50 with you. 62 seems a bit too far off for me by then. DO we have to know ahead of time what we are riding or decided the day of?

Well I went out for a few miles earlier with my Dad riding on my Moms new comfort bike. Wow does that bike feel weird compared to riding mine.

$3.09? Boy am I jealous. We just shot back up to $3.35 for the cheap stuff. I can't wait to get a new car with better mileage. I am going to miss being able to drop my seats and throw the bike in the back though. I can't wait to be able to do 50 miles.

Yuck Juli, Hope you re feeling better. Despite my bad eye we got out for a bike ride today. We also got the other bike fixed so DH could ride too. We did 15 miles. DH is much more tired than I lol.

Hey where the heck is everyone?

Deanna after 9 years we don't have hot dates either....just really fun ones. We took the kids to the carnival and fireworks last night. Everyone in Southeastern Michigan may call my city Taylor-tucky but we sure do put on one of the best damn fireworks shows in the state. Personally I think they were much better than the donwtown Detroit ones. They kids had fun, I got in an argument with a carnie, and I ate some bad food but did not eat very much of it. My calories yesterday were still below 2000 and considering some of an elephant ear was part of my meal that's not too shabby. Oh and it is a beautiful sunny day today. Which of course means no riding with my sensitive to light bright red eye. DAMMIT!!!! This antibiotic better start working soon. But at least I get to go see REO Speedwagon tonight lol.

Grawp was barely there. And the fireworks...well could ahve been a little bit better. As for what happened when they went to get the prophecy from the Dept of Mysteries....well once you see it come back and we can discuss my huge issue with that.

Andrea I eat popcorn...a lot. Usually it is made at home with the I can't believe it's not butter spray but I do eat it at the movies also. The only problem I really have food wise is doughy bread and potatoey things. I have found a lot of fast food does not taste so good when you have to chew it to mush. 60 lbs down feels good. Especially since it has put me in the teens now. I am less than 20 pounds from onederland. It is so surreal. I notice the difference when I carry my kids on the stairs. I can't believe I used to carry around that much weight and more. It hurts my knees.

I guess the plateau is finally broken. I think it is all the bike riding.

I am pretty much right smack dead center between Ann Arbor and Detroit. I do say Y'all a lot though. Maybe that's why I seem southern. JC, no not serious researching I just remembered seeing the nipguards at the running fit store and laughing my ass off about them. No Offense of course. Girls have a bra to keep the chafing away. I have the hella bad eye infection today from sleeping in my contacts last night. I could barely drive. It had better get better so I can bike tonight.
