I really think the hair loss directly correlates with the weight loss. Once we get to goal and stop losing weight we also stop losing hair.

Hopefully she invested in a package of oops I crapped my pants first.

Actually I love my protien drinks. My favorite is Matrix 5.0 chocolate with some ice and milk and a hearty scoop of Jif. It really does taste good and I am one picky protien girl. I also have some mint chocolate stuff that I can't remember the name of that is pretty tasty also. I need to get some of that davinci sugar free peanut butter flavored syrup to see if that will work in place of the real pb. I love me som real pb but it is sooooo high in calories and fat. My hair is thinning out too but I have so much that I don't think it is noticable. I don't remember my vitamins very often but I had some bloodwork done last month and the doc said it was excellent, better than most thin people. You guys all rock. Thanks for the kind words to make me feel better.

I. FEEL. LIKE. A. COW. or IFLAC~ kinda like the Aflac duck but less annoying. I am just in a crummy mood. The weather sucks, rain. No exercise. I have been so damn busy these past few days it is just hard to get it all in. I can't sleep and have to work early. I almost binged on protein shakes. Yeah great that I am binging on healthy foods but the binge part is not healthy in and of itself. Funny you talk about pumps. I just bought one today. And a spare tube. And a water bottle. I was pissed I could not get my bike carrier for the car so I purchased a bunch of small things to make myself feel better. It did not really work. Damn do I get crabby if I don't ride. Someone slap me. Slap me right on the ass that I wish was skinny like Juli's. Or maybe just put a light on it. At least when I am bitter I still have humor to get me through it. Can this effing vacation come soon enough?

Is anyone else so excited that we only have less than 3 days to find out how it all ends? I am excited but a little depressed too.

Rollerblading hurts my feet. I can onlymake it maybe 2 miles or so before pooping out.

I know around here in Detroit some of this has to do with lack of resources to buy good food. For those people who make little money and have to rely only on our poor excuse for public transportation party stores, convience stores, and fast food are much more accessable than going to a grocery store. As for off brands being worse than brand name things...well an apple is and apple no matter where you buy it or who markets it. For those who do get to a grocer it is the choices they make. The brand name tv dinner is going to be laced with much more sodium and fat than a grilled chicken breast and some brocolli. It is about choices and making the right decision on what to do with your money. I have seen many people at the grocery store paying for food with food stamps, state aid, or WIC coupons and paying cash for a carton of cigs and a case of beer. That's not saying all poor people do this but I have seen it enough times to piss me off.

Wrecking is not awesome. Especially if you land on plywood. And bend your rim. And have to do the walk of shame home with your bike. No I am not still bitter or anything.....

2004 Sebring. I had to turn my Liberty in as my lease was up at the end of the week. I bought the Sebring and it only has 8,500 miles on it. Not too shabby. I like it though I feel like I am sitting on the ground driving it is so low!

No biking for me today. I got a new car and need a bike rack to be able to take my bike out to the metropark. I already miss dropping my seats and throwing the bike in the back.Grrr. I did get in a very boring hour on the treadmill.

Hey Zannie been wondering where ya were girl! Travelgirl i did not go to the REO concert. HUbby got tickets and he was going to go with me. I knew he would be miserable and have a bad time so I gave the tickets away. There will be other concerts.

D I was going to poke fun for being mushy but it was too sweet =) I want a t shirt that says Eye heart bikes. And I want it to be all pictures and no words. Like an eye, a heart and a pic of a bike. lol
