I am okay. This happens every once in awhile when I get really stressed out about things. At least they haven't been that bad. But I still think I think I am going to see if I can leave work a little bit early today.

JC you poor guy I feel so bad for you. If it is any consolation I have had some mild anxiety attacks already this morning. At least you are not suffering alone.

I am so jealous of you vegas people. J sorry about the job sucking. I feel your pain. I work with a bunch of lazy bitchy 50 somethings who feel entitlement because they have worked longer than me. Too bad I can run circles around them and have learned more in a year and a half than they have in 20. The only saving grace is the work i get to do in the bariatric center. I heart my nurse coordinator.

D, I am almost to my lowest adult weight of 195. I am smaller than I was when i graduated high school. I tried on my prom dress a month or so ago--too big. HP you are no meaner than me trying to get below 200 before going to see my snarky cousin. I love her to death but sometimes I don't think she listens to the words coming out of her mouth. Breaker breaker 10-4. Sorry I just felt left out of the CB convo. I'm of the cell phone generation lol JC I am glad you are getting your weight back down. I can't imagine how frustrating it has been for you. But hey if you can fight off a dog without breaking stride you can do anything. B how are those liquids treating you?

Aww thanks guys. Some lady at work told me I looked about 17. I love it lol. I hate the scale. I swear once I get down to 199 I am only weighing in once a month.

Okay here are my 6 month pics. The brick wall one is the day of surgery. The ones in the green shirt are like a week after surgery and the pink shirt is yesterday, 65 pounds down.

J I dream of yellow strings lol. My nurse told me I could get down to 140 but it is really hard for me to imagine that. As it is now looking at the clothes I wear before I put them on they look too small to me but they fit.

I should probably be working too but I just can't tear myself away from here.

I just call you all my biking people. And yes my name is Stacy. You even spelled it right. I have someone working on my 6 month pictures for me lol. I think I need a powerpoint class and just plain computing common sense. I though JC stood for Just Crazy.

JC Wow it is a small world. And my proof reading is bad on a full night of sleep. D I love scrubs. I wear them every day. The most exciting part for me has been changing string colors. At my highest I was in a 3x scrub. Those ones have blue strings to tie the waist. Then down to the green ones (2X), pink (XL) and now I am wearing white strings (L). I managed to get myself into a pair of brown ones (M) but I can't wear that in public for another 30 pounds or so. Awesome job on the hill btw. It feels so good to be able to do those things we couldn't before. Oh and one of the OR vendors I have not seen in awhile just came in and told me I look amazing and asked about my weight loss. I am not gonna lie it felt really good.

Hey JC I also live 3 miles off of I-75 lol.

J I sleep but I get up at 3:30am for work. JC on the other hand does not sleep. I will either hotel it or camp. Makes no difference to me. If I have the kids hotel would be better because of the pool thing.

JC it amazes me that you can find humor in being bitten by a dog. I would be pissed and probably punch the dog in the face. Don't get me wrong I like dogs but not if they bite me. I look pretty sweet in spandex shorts. Lots of ass in back and apparently one in front also. The cheapest ones I could find last weekend when I bought them were Mens. I got a large and they were kinda too big. I say kinda because they are big but my thieghs kinda blob out of the bottom of them because of the extra skin and fat. I don't want to get a smaller size and cut off my circulation. Oh and just because we don't have man bits doesn't mean our woman parts don't hurt too =)

I would like to throw my mountain bike in the trash lol.

B- Gotta love that syrup. I am so pissed that I forgot to get my refill before it expired. The number one reason I want a tummy tuck is not because my stomach looks like a butt, but because I want some more narcotics. HP my daughter is 6 and the little hellion I call my son is 4. He will probably stay home. 40 miles will work for me too. I am sure I will be bringing up the rear with my big ass clunky mountain bike. JC you are a maniac. You are the only person I know who would finish 5 miles after being bit by a dog. I have mental pictures of you prying the jaws of the dog off your arm and making a tourniquet out of a pair of panties. Seriously though are you ok? Juli I cried my eyes out when Korrine started school last year. Now I can't wait until she goes back. I would pay them money to take her now. You will make it through the day and I bet she will have a blast! And your doggie I sooo cute.
