If you can't do it at night do it in the morning. Get up 30 minutes earlier and work out. Or do the ironing and lunch packing the night before and get up 15 minutes earlier. I can always find an excuse after work to not work out but first thing in the morning there is no excuse. Get it finished and out of the way and after a few weeks you will find it to be energizing.

Ew, I think I just threw up in my mouth a little bit. Or maybe that was a pb. Hubs and I went to the Red Wings game last night against San Jose. For some odd reason the Sharks are his favorite team so he was really excited to go. Of course he wore his jersey and was given a fair amount of heckling for it. I think my favorite comment was from the security guard that looked him up and down and said "Ew, I thought it smelled like fish in here".

Well we do own about 4 mountain bikes. And darn it not one of them fits me right. =)

I hate the 13 year old girls that walk 3 abreast on the track at the gym. Umm there are only 3 lanes and if you could read, you would see that the outside two lanes are for jogging and running. Be a little considerate to others. Oh and if you want to talk to the boy in the gym below just go down there instead of stopping on the track and pointing and giggling at him.

Mac I think you made a good choice. Big Sexy ended up costing me around $750 on sale. Was it the cheapest one there? Yes. Would I have rather had a more expensive one? Yes. But regardless this bike is going to last me for awhile. Money wise there is no way I have the $2100 it is going to cost me to get the Madone I have been drooling over. I will not even get close to saving that much money. And until I am out of debt and hubby and have at least 6 months of living expenses stowed away I would never even consider spending that much on a bike. But that being said, if you can afford it and you know that biking is your thing then absolutely spend the extra money. You won't be sorry. There is a huge difference between how my bike rides and the one I really love rides.

Oh and should it be green tea or honey vanilla tea for breakfast?

So DH scored some free tickets to the Red Wings game tonight. Man I still feel like crap but I really can't turn that down, ya know? Will I look like a complete chump if I bring a heat pack to keep on the sore side of my face?

No, but in putting two and two together I figure it is the medicine making me so darn groggy lol. Usually meds don't affect me like that so it did not cross my mind. But I feel groggiest in the am right when I get to work and right after lunch. About 30 minutes after I take my meds. Duh.
