I swear it is soooo delicious. It is bologna, dill pickles, hard boiled eggs, all ground up and mixed with miracle whip. It sounds so gross but it is oh so good.

My surgeon has cancelled surgery due to people not following preop diet. If you follow the diet you will be fine. Those people who don't follow are the ones who have issues. As long as you are compliant you will do just great.

Wasa You know what as much as I loved the cookies and creme sample I am pissed that I ended up getting the whole big bag after I ran out of chocolate. It is okay but man you can do a whole heck of a lot more with chocolate.
