I was banded in 07. I've tried a few different protein shakes over the years. I think designer whey taste the best. I get mine from giant food store but I'm sure they sell it other places as well.

I have been through what u have. With time you'll start to feel better. It will never go away just get easier to deal with. As for the band start over. Just as u just had your surgery. I was banded in 07 I lost 130lbs than got pregnant and gained back 100lbs. I was depressed and devistated. I ate how much and what I wanted. I had a prolapse and had it fixed. I started over and today at the docs I was down to 161 lbs. I started at 310. Good luck you also can do it!!!! -

I agree when it's all said and done you'll laugh when you look back.you'll wonder why you did it to yourself. I was banded almost four years ago and am down 130lbs.

I didn't have that so I'm not sure what it is. When I'm doubt call your doctor. That's what he makes all that money for. Lol

I lost lbs!!! but got pregnant and gained 100 lbs back! I just had my second surgery on Monday to fix my band. I had a prolapse, band slippage, and a hernia. I get to start over so I hope I have as much success this time around.

It's been said that everlasting friends can go long periods of time without speaking and never question the friendship. These types of friends pick up like they just spoke yesterday, regardless of how long it has been or how far away they live and they don't hold grudges. They understand that life is busy...but you will ALWAYS love them. Re-post if you have at least 1 of these friends, they will know who they are

try something cold like a frozen pop.it may make it fell a little better. but just keep in mind your stomach is still not used to it and is prob. still swollen. good luck! -
even if you feel hungry don't overdo it! you'll feel so sick! and yes the pain is normal. I only felt pain around my port for a while to
