Avilla~Good Morning! Please DON"T GET DISCOURAGED!!!! It's ok not to lose every week. I know it's hard to hear...I know it f... :angry SUCKS (i've been there)...But you have to keep positive... You have to not let it get to you.. That's why we got or are getting the band...To help us out...Think about it...How far would you have gotten in the past few days with out the band? Would you have dieted and kept of the weihgt you have gotten off? Please...for your own peace of mind...IT WILL WORK!! and the best thing...YOU HAVE ALL OF UUS HERE FOR SUPPORT!! I know that I feel much more confident and much more supported just by knowing I can come here and vent and speak and ask...just remember we are on YOUR side!!!!! (just my two cents.... ) Keep up THE AWESOME JOB!!!!!

Hi Teresita! Mine was good. I did my excercise and I changed my mind about my last snack...I had a cup of light vanilla soy milk w/ 1 scoop of whey protein, 1 cheese stick and a very, very, very small homemade corn muffin (couldn't resist:eek: ) My daughter loves when I make them so, I made some and had one!!! Anyway..I did my kick but routine.....:faint: had a quick shower and plopped on my bed.... I was beat!!!!!!!! WOW! You've been to the gym already??? Your sooo good! I'm on my way to drop kids of at school and do my walking thing...

I think I'm begining to love excercise. Yeah, I say that now right..No, really...I know it's not easy, I know it takes time, and I know it hurts like a bi..., but it's fun. I think its' the feeling I get now of..WOW..this is really making me feel better. I'm not saying that every bone in my body does not hurt, because let me tell you...THEY DO!!!! It's just that I know this pain is helping me get in shape. I have excercised before and never ever felt this good. I also know it has to do with the fact that now I will have a new tool to help me keep my good work off. Do you know what I mean? Now, I know that if i lose 30 or 40 pounds The Band is going to help me keep them off. The band will help me control myself...WOW!!! Enlightning... You know what I also LOVE..... The idea that now when the love of my life asks me to go bike riding...I won't have to make up an excuse not to go...If he asks me to go walking, I can now say, no baby, let's go jogging...or do you want to excercise...I can say...yeah, let's do some KICK BOXING!!!!!! I'm stoked! I'm siked! I'm estatic! I like this new me I'm starting to see....and feel....I hope many other bandsters feel the same because it's an exhilirating feeling!!! I CAN"T WAIT TILL FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 4 more days!!!!!!

:wave:Thanks... .. you made me blush.... I use my journal as my outlet for the lap band process. It's an awesome tool to let your feelings out!! I think it is also great how you can add comments and reply to them.. I love getting peoples input .... It's always good to "read" other peoples perspective on things... :hug: right back at ya!!!

Hello Everyone! Hope you've all had a productive day... My post today: B: atkins vanilla shake s: power/protein bar (i forgot the name...I brought it while i was walking at the mall..I know it had 20g of protein) l: chicken broth and 1/4 pasta salad.... :cry ( It looked sooooo good...) s: Bumble Bee sensations lemon and pepper seaoning.. d: 1/4 cup homemade spaghetti.. s: yoplait light yogurt... 1 hour of walking 1.5 miles (I think my pedometer is not working right....) 30 minutes of kickboxing...it's addicting! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK EVERYONE!!! :)

I will let you know as soon as i get it...ummmm, maybe not as soon...but I'll let you know...I HOPE IT DOES CHANGE MY BODY...I could really use some toning in many areas!!!!!! lol!!!

I'm feeling good today!! It's been an easy day...got up at five am , did the paper route with my daughter, did some laundry, organized 2 more closets, cleaned the boys room, again, and slept for 2 hours...I made dinner (low cal chinese rice) YUMMY! I do have to say that it was very good!!!! I'm waiting for the kids to go to bed to do my excercises...It's alot easier to get a workout when you don't have two monkeys jumping on you....kids are so much fun.. I think they are the ones keeping me sane through these last few days... my hubby is still away:cry ...But, he did pick up some stuff for us from Mexico, so we'll see what he brings...I LOVE SURPRISES!!!! food: B; Atkins vanilla shake snack:: Light yoplait smoothie w/ 1 scoop whey protein lunch:: guess????? yup...a chocolate shake snack: (Skipped it) :omg: wasn't hungry dinner: chinese rice...(light soy sauce, light peanut oil, cabbage, 1 egg, onions, sesame seeds, chicken breast) YYUUMMMYYY!!!! snack:: cup of tea with some cheese adn a few crackers... hopefully 30 minutes of excercise.... I gotta go give my kids their :bathbaby: .. I'll post more tomorrow!!! :update: Ok!:target: Whoever invented kickboxing :target:was not thinking about us "heavier" people...HOLY SH......!!!! B: 1 atkins vanilla shake snack:: Light yoplait smoothie w/ 1 scoop whey protein lunch:: guess????? yup...a chocolate shake snack: (Skipped it) :omg: wasn't hungry dinner: chinese rice...(light soy sauce, light peanut oil, cabbage, 1 egg, onions, sesame seeds, chicken breast) YYUUMMMYYY!!!! snack:: yoplait light key lime flavored yogurt 64 ounces of water/crystal lite... 30 minutes of kick boxing...:faint: now, a and to bed... i'm on :flame:!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
