No you dont HAVE to tell anyone, period. It's none of their business especially if they Re going to throw unwanted salt at you for trying to change YOUR life for the better. Losing weight is NOT an easy task and deciding to have weight loss surgery is neither. Many people say "oh, your taking the easy way out" but I don't see them complaining when they get sick and run to pharmacy to get cold medicine to "help them" - well it's the same exact thing! Weight loss surgery only "helps" us lose weight, it doesn't do the job for us, we need to actively assist the weight loss process by working out, changing eating habits and making the correct choices at all times and THAT alone is a full time job. I personally chose not to tell a soulbut my sister, because she already had weight loss surgery, she chose the band. I'm choosing the sleeve. Plus after seeing how much **** my family throws at her for losing the weight and gaining it back, I said f**k it (excuse my language). I'm doing this for me and only me. I guess eventually in the future I might decide to tell people, but for now my choice is written in stone. I hope this helps

No protein before bed... Doing so is an intake of unnecessary calories plus your suppose to wait 2-3 to sleep after u consume anything that is not water... Try your best to stay away from meals before bed, period... It will definitely increase your weightless and benefit for sleeve from unneeded stress. Sleep on an empty stomach so when when u wake up in the morning you can break fast

U will def lose at least a cup or two... Most of my female friends did but they loved their new figure

U get dumping syndrome with all wls... Some more severe than others... When that occurs it usually because of increased sugar intake. My suggestion go back on Clear liquids and sample other times of Protein flavors... Mix with Water not milk also... Hope that helps!!!

That's basically interval training which is VERY beneficial because your bodys movement is never at a constant pace so it makes it harder for your body to adapt to the exercise. Thus in the end your constantly losing weight... Gd job doc!

You hubby couldn't be more accurate, he definitely hit the nail on head. Actually that is the same reason why I'm so confident right now. I'm mean I have the jitters but I'm human so it's okay. With the obesity numbers rising in the U.S tremendously this surgery will be a life saver for all of us! so I'll be glad to be an sleeve graduate come April 26th lol. I'm glad youre making the right decision and going through with it. This is a game changer, no its a whole new ball game and I'm excited to be a participant in the main events to come! Go us!

There's nothing to worry about the ENDO is painless, I repeat painless, only if they put you to sleep. You will get groggy from the sleep meds but that's about it. An hr or 2 of rest will shake it off. I has mine last year and I was up and ready to go literally an hr later... I was still high off the meds but I was functioning well

In 2 more days we gonna celebrate the APRIL SLEEVE MOVEMENT! who's excited??? Lol I kno I am, even tho everyone is getting sleeved before me... Can't wait to be this journey!!! April support
