throwing up is not part of the lapband, or pbing or anything else like that, Def make another apt at ur Dr's office and be firm with them, you should be able to eat and drink and not get sick. please call your Dr and make a apt , Is there more then 1 Dr at your office? request to see a different one, or even a nurse.

im up to 6.75 cc now and just had a .25 fill yesterday, i do clear liquids the day if the fill and the next day till noonish, then i do shakes for a day and a half or so , then soft foods ect ect. by sunday ill be eating normal. I fell as though this fill is going to be just right, full feeling on a muscle milk shake and have not even thought about food since my fill yesterday. but thats what i do after my fills =)

i drink coffe, 3 cups a day, with cream ! my Dr knows and its ok, just make sure u drink lots of water =)

ohhh noooo, i eat almond sometimes, but just had a fill so i have a feeling they may give me trouble so im staying far away from them for a bit, sorry for you =( your tum tum may be sore for a bit, keep it light

im on MFP also, i update every day =) just had a fill so wont be too much the next few days

yes, i love the Fage also, honey is so good !! most of the side cup ones are 0% fat which is great ! BJ's sells a box of mixed fat free for 1399 i think. great flavors

use a small towel walk around the beach in just my suit happy i can do fun excursions on a cruise with out the weigh limit =)

i just found the cal count, they are 176, i drink theese also, http://www.pureprotein.net/vf/labels/F050452-AE.pdf its less calories, my DR is calorie strict =)

thoose look great !! they are on my list from mr DR office so i will try them for sure, i just cant find the calorie count anywhere??

hello Friends- I may be faced with a big move, i was just banded in March of 2011 and may be moving south to Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Also my possible new employer does not give health insurance BUT does give 3000 towards it. So my question is 2 fold 1. Has anybody had any good or bad with the " Fill centers" i see there is one right on HHI wich would be helpfull. I will be talking more to my DR once i know more and see what they have to say, but in t he meatime i would like some feed back from fellow banders. How bad is it with OUT insurance???? i think i can get health insurance on my own with the $ they give me, Ehealthinsurance or something?? 2. Anybody near HHI or Savanah GA, that has been banded and know of a good Dr ? now being banded things like moving are a little bit more of a challange, =) im really at the begining stages so not to many people know yet, so i ask my fellow lap banders for help first =)

i had none after surgery, i was told to wait 2 weeks, since then i have had 2 cups a day, i use light cream and sometimes equal, and sometimes half and half. You just have to up your water intake if u are going to drink coffee.
