YEA BUT, band rule 102 says that you drink no liquids with calories except milk. Special K has 50 calories!! OH NO. Diane H.

Hi, you should eat no more than a cup to a cup and one half of food per seating. This will allow you to eat enough to get 1200 - 1500 calories in your diet and not overeat. Hope it works. Diane H.

I just received 2 cc's yesterdayfor my second fill and I had 6 cc's from my first fill. Everyone thinks that the nurse practicianer is too aggressive but I have had no problems other than adjusting to eating slower and chewing more. I hope this last fill will do the trick. I was banded Nov 21, 07 and have lost 25 lbs. Slow going!! -
I think most of us have tried Jenny Craig and Nutisystem and whatever diets there are but this band thing is suppose to be a life style change not a quick fit. Good food in small portions. You own motivation. I had to talk to myself about this issue. I was going to go to Jenny Craig but talked my way out of it. Glad I did. Good luck.

Maryland is alot more than 4 hours away. I live near DC and travel to Oswego to see my brother. It is an 8 1/2 hour trip. How about Syracuse?? There is a huge medical staff there. Diane H.
