Well, I was at the store and saw this pita bread made of rolled oats, flax seed, and whole wheat. Each whole pita has 60 calories and of course I can only eat about a third of one. My husband kindly eats the larger piece after I cut it! So I made my tuna with fat free ranch and spices and added to my pita and was that ever good. They are at Walmart deli if anyone is interested and at abt. 20 calories for the portion I ate I think I'll do that again with my chicken salad...may have to buy more since I've got my hubby eating healthy with me now.
