I did my Options classes in Corona. They were 12 weeks long. and extremely informative. The whole process for me will be 10 months from the beginning of Option classes to my surgery date which is April 18th with Pacific Bariatric. -

I have a Mirena and have had it for a year. I really haven't noticed any weight gains with it. It was one of the best things I have done especially since I haven't had a cycle in a year now.

I have purchased Wacoal bras from Nordstroms. They are pricey but well worth it as they are supportive and comfortable. The sales associates are so helpful. They measure you as well as suggest different types of bras.
