Hi BBJ, I cant comment on wellbutrin but i am in exactly the same boat as you. I have no sex drive whatsoever. Im only 27, think we are around the same age? Last summer i came of the pill to see if that would help, i was convinced it was that as i had been on it for 8 years, but still nothing. When i was 20 i started taking prozac(depression) for 3 years, it did not affect my libido though. I probably began to lose my libibo about 2 years ago now. At the same time i had to start prozac again but since November began to wean off it, completely coming off it in January. Eventhough prozac did not effect me in this way before I did this in the hope that it would kick start my sex drive but still... nothing. I am pretty sure my weight and lack of confidence has a lot to do with the whole thing but surely not responsible for killing it dead? I honestly forget what it feels like to have those feelings and dont think i would mind if i never have sex again. I didnt know that wellbutrin was an option and would also love to hear peoples opinions.

Hi all, Im a newbie here, have been reading for sometime and just wondering what your experiences are with flying afterwards? Im thinking about going to Mexico (at the moment i am impressed with dr ramos kelly) however the journey home for me would involve a 4 hour flight to chicago then a 15 hour flight back to UAE. Is this a crazy idea? Whats your experiences? Thanks a lot, groove

Totally agree with Disp40so, get him reported and change as soon as you can. What a horrible person, a bully. It is becasue of doctors like him that people end up suffering and becoming worse becuse they are too scared to ask for help. Bring someone with you, he may be less likely to be so nasty with another person there or if that doesnt bother him you will have a witness to add to the report! Good luck, dont let anyone make you cry!

Hi swizzly and starygly, I did look in to all of your suggestions extensively , however, Dr Kelly in Mexico was the best option for me. The flight seems to have faded from my worries now actually. I am staying for a week after surgery ,some time in TJ then the rest in San Diego if all goes well, to make sure everything is ok. I have flight socks etc at the ready for the flight back and the Dr will assess the need for blood thinners at the time. Only 3 days to go!!

If its any consolation, I am on day 4 of my pre op, Its starting to get better and I have lost 7 lbs already. Although its all Water weight, its been a huge motivation for me and im even more determined to keep going. Hang in there, you can do it!

I know this is a really vain, selfish thing to be complaining about given whats goin on in Japan etc etc but i have just had an awful haircut. The hairdresser just chopped off all of my hair and recut my bangs which i have been growing out for sooooo long. My lovely long hair is gone and the cut just empasises my fat face. She didnt listen to a word i said and then best of all i was charged extra for the blow dry. I just feel so fat and ugly. The little confidence I had is now gone. Anyway sorry for moaning, im hoping i will feel better now that i have hammered it out on the keyboard.

Thanks everyone, thanks E, for the websites, one of them mentioned in the thread is actually the place i went to! I got it cut again yesterday, its a beautiful cut, no doubt, but i had to go a bit shorter to get rid of the awful mess that had been made. It will grow and grow in nicely because of the cut. Now to get sleeved, maybe I i will be able to go even shorter when i have a thin face! Thanks again for the sympathy, just needed some kind words to cheer me up! x

Thanks girls for all your advice. I went back today and got my money back. The manager agreed it was poor cut, uneven, unflattering so no arguments. <BR><BR>Going some where else to see if they can salvage something tomorrow. I will also be telling everyone that i know to avoid the place!

I hid the scales away about a month ago. I was so depressed when i got on them so i just thought i would put them away for a while. Bad idea. I have put on almost 12 lbs and am now at my heaviest ever. I know since i booked surgery etc, i have been a bit out of control, pigging out but im sure hiding the scales away has not helped. Anyone have any thoughts? I am so glad it is only 3 weeks til i get sleeved, i am so unhappy being the way i am.
