Congrats! It feels so good to lose that weight - doesn't it! Tomorrow is three weeks for me since I had the sleeve and I lost 27lbs and I feel great. I look back at my driver license and what a change just in my face. Good Luck!

Hi - I had my surgery on may 4th - and I just weighed myself this morning and I did not lose. I was loosing everyday. But one thing I did start is walking just to a corner of mine 3x a day. It is not much but I was walking 6 miles a day before my surger. I will admit I was a bit discouraged this morning but dont worry we can get through this

I just had the sleeve done on 5/4/11 and have PCOS. I actually just developed PCOS - had no problem getting pregnant and have two boys, however the last two years my cycle has been off or not gotten it for months. That was one of the reasons I had the sleeve along with being a pre-diebetic and having sleep apena. I am adjusting and so far so good - so happy I got it and being 1 week post op - feeling so good about myself - already getting compliments Good Luck:)

You know after you get in your Protein in you will feel really good. Yesterday, the first thing I did when I got up was my Protein shake and I felt great. Today I got a shower first with no protein shake and I feel weak...so I learned my lesson

Hello everyone, this is my first time on this site. Well have been reading but first time telling my story. I had my surgery on May 4th and so far so good. But I have noticed every commerical on TV is food. I do not have a hunger pain but I feel it is in my head and I want to eat everything and no full well I can not. I an on liquid diet until the 18th and so far I have done SF popsicles, SF Water ice, tomato Soup,and of course Protein shake. I am lookking for different ideas - anyone?
