Hi, Im seriously considering a lap-band but hubby is dead set against it. He thinks I should be able to diet & keepit off on my own even tho I've battled my weight all my adult life. I have lost weight before, but its always found me again! ... Im now 115kg, and my doctors/chiros want me to get to and stay at under 80kg because of spinal osteoporosis and other health issues. Any tips guys??
