I feel sad today I don't know why. Im not a depressed person, Im usally pretty cheerful. I feel like crap... Im not getting in enough water and I can't eat enough whats wrong help. My energy level is very low. I didn't even want to get up this morning! I don't know

4 weeks out 32lbs down yay. nausea gone yayayayayay! LOL

Firl I can't tell you what to eat because I have been soooo nausated for weeks and havent been able to really eat. I just started feeling better this weekend. I had scrab-eggs for breakfast friday very good little cheese. and Sunday and today I had tuna u know the kind in the prepack with mayo and crackers yummy. Having a hard time getting liquid down. What can I say its surely a process. 32lb yah

Glad you are doing good :-) I have the "same fears" as you about foods and weight loss (no matter how small of an amount I eat) since I had surgery too! But we've got to do our best and think positive!

Ok I am back it has been 3weeks. I feel great. I have lost 25lbs. Not sure I doing right with foods I have this fear because I have been eating so many potatoes(carbs) I wont lose. I have this nightmare about everyother day that I dont lose the weight and I have done all this for nothing!!!!! I dont know I guess I am just afraid to be thin or something. But its good to be back online and back at work!!!

Ok ladies and gents...... I did my preopt testing today. WOW Friday is so close I can't wait to eat some soft foods liquids are killing me softly. And wouldn't you know mothernature came yesterday. My doctor says its fine. I was a little worried that I would have to wait. Thnak JESUS I don't! Its on and popin people!!!!!

OK People Friday is the day.....Lets go get slim. I am so ready for a life change. Thank you all for your support through the long wait. I know another journey is about to start so you haven't heard the last of me. lol

Ok I just a little upset my date has been change from 25th to 29th of April. But now they are saying my insurance didn't cover sleeve. Just band or bypass. I don't want the band....I just don't know I have waited almost ayear for this and Here I am at the door and have to make this decision so fast. Help!!!

So you are from the big montevallo. I am from gadsden but live in birmingham now. Having sleeve on April 25 soooooo close now its crazy. On this liquid diet now its driving me crazy Im so hungry. This is day two so maybe it will be better tomorrow.
