Does third phase mean mushies for you? Anything you can smash with a fork? If so, try making a noodle-less lasagna...make a ricotta/cottage cheese mixture, add an egg for extra protein and add some italian seasonings (basil, pepper, oregano, etc.) then spread some tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese on top and bake! It's really yummy and you don't even need the noodles!
