I'm far from an expert, but have you tried playing with Protein and carb counts?Increasing protein amount for a week or so,or increasing carbs (fruits and veggies) for a while to shake things up a bit? Maybe you've been too good at following the same rules and your body has adapted to it. Also make sure Water is at a good level? I know the weeks I eat a little more (more grazing during the day) I tend to lose more. Just a suggestion to try?
Hope things get better, and I agree, not comparing is the hardest part of this journey. You see all these super success stories and when you don't match up, well, it just kinda sucks! On the other hand, this has been the easiest weight loss strategy I have ever had.
