Hi cheri52 - hope all goes well with your dr...I had 2 cortisone shots into my left heel and then physical therapy and now stretching exercises at home...I too see my podiatrist today for another consult...I'd rather not live with this the rest of my life..and my dr says that weight loss will help. Thanks for the support! lizb88
