I am starting my 3rd week and I cant stand the protein shakes anymore. I started mushies last night and I dont think I am getting enough protein in. Today I had 1 scrambled egg and that was it for the day until 530 when I had 5 oz of yogurt. That is it for the day. I am trying to get my water intake in. I am also feeling somewhat depressed and down .. Is this normal ? Has anyone else had this type of experience ? I just had no appetite at all and I have to force myself to eat. Please help. I feel like I am going crazy.
