And what the freak is that ad doing on my post?!!

I am being a huge idiot. I had surgery 1/28. Including Optifast pre-surg, I am down just shy of 40 lbs. (277->238.5). I am exercising 5 days a week, so that's something. But every day for the last 5 days, I've done (eaten) something stupid. I don't know why I am doing this to myself. Why go to such drastic measures as surgery, then tank it by making decisions like I am?? Ever feel like you are just going to be fat forever because of your stupid head?

I *think* I might be there after my third fill... maybe. Can you please describe how you knew that you were the green zone? Thanks.
