hello everyone it's been awhile but hope you all are doing well my second fill is coming up june 13 it seems like i have been stuck at the same weight wich is 234.5 so kind of upset about it but im back to low carb slim fast for breakfast and dinner i do biggest loser work out monday threw friday 30 min each work out and right after that i do zumba for 20 min so we will see how things go but after my first fill i felt no different i get full but once i have ate my whole meal so we shall see
