I am getting mine done tomorrow at Eglin AFB. Fort WaltonBeach,Fl. I have not had any problems so far. My doctor is Riley. They are very thorough. -

My surgery is in 8 days and I am nervous too. So sick of people finding out and trying to change my mind.Especially when they say dont u think u should try harder to lose on your own!!erks me!! oh well I am sure we will be fine . Look at all the people who do so good versus problems. Good luck on your big day!!

All of these make sense. They told me to just get the protein and water in first. But i think eventually that will have to change. This site is so informative. Thanks all! i need all the help i can get!! -
How do you know how many calories,carbs,etc. to have after surgery? I have been to nutrition classes,but they didnt really tell us that. Are they going to tell me that in the hospital? What really works? I want to lose!!

I am having my surgery Feb 2. I am real happy to finally have a date. It seems like it took so long to get to this point.I need to start finding a shake I can tolerate and all the other stuff I will need.I think this site helps so much.

Tomoorow I will finally get my date!! I am so glad and cant wait. I am so ready for a new me. To feel better.be able to move easier,quit being so hot,and be healthier.Plus I want to wear prettier clothes. I hope everything will go ok tomorrow.
