I buy the gummy multiviatmins...but i can't help but wonder if they really work. or... are they as good as normal vitamins?? I actually use a gummy BComplex and Fish oil also. I just wonder if I'm wasting my money...

I know they advise not to drink sodas, but i will allow myself 1/2 of one every now and then. I have heard some people say to let it go flat then drink it...but that defeats the point to me! I know the thing is that it is supposed to stretch your pouch...but i have read where they say it's only temporary from the gas it causes. again, moderation! I only have one here and there and i just have a few sips. makes me feel like i'm not being deprived!

i have issues with getting the right consistancy in my protein shakes. When I use Unjury and try and add yogurt or frozen fruit...my shake ends up entirely too thick. I also bought the BSN Lean Desert Protein Powder--Chocolate Coconut and It is so thick i can hardly drink it... i mix it with soy milk in the blender on the liquid option and it gets so thick and bubbly I can't even drink it... people talk about adding yogurt and fruit to their shakes...but it has never worked for me. What am I doing wrong!?

a girl i go to church with lost over 150 and she swears by the compression garments...spanx. she used them religiously and has almost no excess skin to speak of! it's worth a shot

Feeling kind of bummed this morning. Haven't weighed since Thursday and I'm up 2 lbs this morning. I just don't get it. Only thing it could be is that I have had veggie chips the last 2 days with hot sauce. normally i have no carbs other that what is in yogurt. anyways i also am doing badly on my Water. so it stops today!! I am about to become obsessed with WATER! b-choc Protein shake/1 tbsp peanut butter/1 tsp carmel syrup snack: greek yogurt lunch- fajita beef w/cheese snack: greek yogurt supper---who knows

thanx for responding Sherri...I guess I have known that I needed to change... Tiffykins, GRACiAS... I am about to copy that and get busy reading. I always try and compare the Vitamins and see which one has more... but i was just taking more of the gummies... to supplement. I actually just started the bcomplex sublingual. i got it at walmart. Does it matter where you get them? I'm hoping it is just as good as one i would get at GNC or such places.

MY biggest problem is it all or nothing. i'm either not going at all or its very loose!! no in between. after a day or two of nothing but gas i will use miralax...and then i'll just have diarrhea once or twice. i can't seem to get things under control. but i don't eat any bread and hardly any fruit...other than frozen fruit in my protein shakes. i usually eat 1 or 2 fiber tabs a day to help supplement... -
breakfast--always a Protein shake...1 tbsp Peanut Butter,20 gm protein,1 cup lite vanilla silk, lots of ice. snack--Oikos strawberry Greek yogurt + splenda snack--AT work super busy no chance to eat so i had a tbsp of peanut butter late lunch-- 2 oz tilapia snack --oikos blueberry greek yogurt supper-- who knows maybe a little tunafish i bought these veggie chips that are 7 gms fat and 100 calories for 36 chips!! i love them but i ate WAY too many the last couple of days and it has totally stalled my weight loss!!! i just love chips and hot sauce! but no more buying them for me!

the unflavored unjury stunk...i couldn't stomach it as a shake, but i did put it in my cereal/yogurt and it was fine.

my surgeon is very vague about what i should eat, other than just making sure i get enough Protein. when i mentioned watching my carbs, they told me not to worry about that. but...i still do. i just think i lose better with lower carbs. anyways i went to Bariatric Eating and found an awesome food diary that i follow. that is when i decided to start doing protein rich Snacks. heres a normal day... b-Protein shake snack-string cheese or greek yogurt (8-10 grams protein) Lunch- tunafish or chicken,cheese and salsa snack-string cheese/greek yogurt or tbsp of Peanut Butter supper-- small salad with protein or salmon good luck

Hi all! I was sleeved 12-13-2010 and as of today I have lost 74lbs. I have been loving my sleeve! I love never truly feeling hungry. My down fall is....old habits. I have always had a killer sweet tooth. (Diabetes on both sides) actually up until about 2 wks ago I was elated because I didn't even want sweets at all. But, all of a sudden it has come on strong!!! i find myself having a nibble here, a bite there of a cookie or cake. i never endulge and sometimes as soon as it's in my mouth i go spit it out. but regardless....it is driving me nuts. i hate this feeling of not being in control.... well besides that issue things are going pretty good. I am drinking the Unjury protein shakes and i mix them with soy milk and sometimes add frozen fruit. They are just not good to me. i have tried adding splenda...but it doesn't help. I just ordered .. BSN Lean Dessert Protein mix today. I hope it tastes better!

I take B12 B6 Iron Ca+ Magnesium 3 tabs (my Dr. told me it helps with constipation that Ca+ can cause) Multi Vitamin (gummy bear) am/pm Fish oil (gummy fish) am/pm prilosec

LOL! that is REdonkulous! Actually a guy cousin of mine used ice water to speed up his weight loss. the Doc told him that the body has to work to warm up the water once it's in your system so it actually helps you burn more calories!
