    Mine is 7th too! Are you doing liquids two days before? It's my big Christmas party Sunday I own a salon I really want to do 2 shots of vodka and have fun! I'm just worried. Good luck

    I'm ready! It only sucks that I'm having my Christmas party for my employees on Sunday and my surgery is tuesday. Taking a party bus to SF seeing a drag queen show! No drinking or eating wow but I'll still have fun! Had to cancel last years because I had a heart attack just couldn't cancel this years.

    I know for the first 3 days I drink clear liquid so I'm confused when do I get my protein! Can anyone tell me there favorite protein brand I like fruity? So when would I start drinking my protein I know I get 20 - 30 oz of liquids
