Pink happens usually when you have gray hair and not enough pigment was added so say your going sometype of red the red pigment on gray hair is punk so buy a brown that has gold in it. Gold cuts pink. Also don't go to place that gives a free anything that means there not that busy an looking for clients pay the extra Nd ask for a senior stylist!

I weighed myself and I'm 198 started 260 on Dec 7! Got the ok to eat anything! I've missed salad so much and nuts. Now can't wait to weigh 150 I'm 5 9.

I chew GUM all the time! Never any problem I mean I chew it all the time it helps but remember there's carbs in gum!

I burn between 7-900 doing spin class 3-4 times a week I love it! It's great for legs.

So I'm almost out of chewables so glad I'm 31/2 months out! Had the sleeve so what should I be taking and what brand I want to swallow my pills! I was thinking liquid b12, calcium 500 3x's a day a multi one time a day? What brand Walgreens ok? Should I be taking vitiam d I'm always low and can I take liquid iron? I think d and iron are ok together? Is multi and calcium?

Me too my doc said to takemilk of magnesia which can give the runs but that's ok I would love the runs I'm constipated all the time! -
There will be a time when you lose none it's called a stall! I hate stalls but I've lost 63 in 3 months on my way to take my 4 spin class this week and a yoga class right after that no saggy skin for me!

So I'm 5 10 and my goal is 150 your body is happy at 185? I'm 3 months out and find myself cheating I just ate one bite of my granddaughters ice-cream it's not 3 icecreams like I use too but stupid old habits! -
So it's been 12days and I'm hungry I eat a small sf pudding and really hour Later wish I could drink some hot broth I'm afraid I'm going to be hungry all the time like before surgery.
